WSOP Paradise Adds Solana Pay For Buy Ins

WSOP Paradise is adding Solana Pay as a payment option for tournament buy-ins at its 2026 festival at Baha Mar in the Bahamas, giving players a digital route for entering selected events through the WSOP Live app.

The system allows players to choose an event, select Crypto Solana as the payment method, and either connect a compatible wallet or transfer funds manually. The change applies ahead of a Bahamas schedule headlined by the $26,000 Super Main Event, which carries a $50 million guarantee.

Solana Pay Takes a Larger Role at WSOP Paradise

Solana is the presenting sponsor of WSOP Paradise, and its payment system was also integrated into the 2026 WSOP in Las Vegas earlier this year. At the Bahamas festival, the brand’s role extends beyond sponsorship visibility and into the tournament buy-in process itself.

For players planning multiple events, the app-based route may reduce the need to handle each entry as a separate in-person task. It may also help some participants avoid certain transaction or card-related fees, depending on the payment method used and the specific transaction involved.

Jamie Gold also hosted a Solana Freeroll during the 2026 WSOP, adding another connection between Solana and live tournament programming during the year.

Super Main Event Leads the Bahamas Schedule

The central tournament on the WSOP Paradise schedule is the $26,000 Super Main Event, which has a $50 million guarantee. It is scheduled to begin on December 10 and will feature four starting flights. Last year’s Super Main Event champion won $10 million.

The broader festival is scheduled for December 3-14, 2026, at Baha Mar in the Bahamas. One listed event, the $2,750 WSOP Circuit Championship Mystery Bounty, is scheduled to begin on December 2 and carries a $5 million guarantee.

Other major events include the $10,000 GGMillion$ Championship with a $10 million guarantee, the $100,000 PLO Super High Roller with a $5 million guarantee, and the $250,000 WSOP Pro-Am with a $10 million guarantee.

What Changes for Players

Solana Pay does not alter the tournament buy-ins, guarantees, structures, or titles. Its impact is operational: it gives players another way to complete payment for selected WSOP Paradise events through the WSOP Live app.

That distinction is meaningful at a festival with buy-ins ranging from $2,750 to $250,000 and a mix of circuit, championship, bounty, pot-limit Omaha, high-roller, and pro-am formats. The same payment route can be used where Solana is accepted, whether a player is targeting the Mystery Bounty, the Super Main Event, or one of the higher buy-in tournaments.

The addition also gives WSOP Paradise a direct cryptocurrency payment channel after Solana’s earlier presence at the Las Vegas WSOP. The main test will be practical: whether the digital payment option helps create smoother entry flow during the busiest points of the December schedule.

Guarantees Give the Rollout a Broad Test Case

The Solana Pay rollout is attached to a festival with several large guarantees rather than a single marquee tournament. The Super Main Event leads with $50 million, while the GGMillion$ Championship and WSOP Pro-Am each carry $10 million guarantees. The PLO Super High Roller and WSOP Circuit Championship Mystery Bounty each add $5 million guarantees.

That mix gives the payment option exposure across different field sizes, formats, and buy-in levels. For WSOP Paradise, the Bahamas stop will show how a crypto-based payment route fits into the operating rhythm of a major international live series.
